All began from a dream that Dr. Joanne Green had 25 years ago. Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Green was committed to excellence and upheld the highest standards of care. She built lasting relationships with her patients, who became her friends along the way. After 25 years of dedicated service, Dr. Green decided it was time to retire and focus on her growing family as she embraced the joys of becoming a grandmother.
Dr. Eduardo Marmelstein Lima, with nearly 20 years of experience in dentistry, saw the opportunity to build upon Dr. Green’s legacy. In 2024, he acquired the practice with a mission to provide the best dental care in Palm Beach Gardens while honoring the trusted foundation Dr. Green had established. All of this led to the creation of Green Dental – where exceptional care, innovation, and a personal touch make every patient feel like family.
DR. EDUARDO MARMELSTEIN LIMA, D.D.S, MSc
Born in Fortaleza, Brazil, Dr. Eduardo Marmelstein Lima’s journey to becoming a compassionate and skilled dentist was fueled by his deep passion for helping others and achieving excellence. After graduating from the University of Fortaleza Dental School in 2005, he practiced alongside his wife for over 13 years, honing his skills and understanding the value of personalized care. Always committed to improving his craft, Dr. Lima completed a specialization and Master’s in orthodontics, a fellowship in implant placement, and a specialization in prosthodontics in Brazil.
In 2018, Dr. Lima and his family embarked on a transformative journey to the United States, driven by the dream of practicing dentistry at the highest level and offering the best care possible. After attending the University of Texas, he spent three rewarding years as a general dentist, further developing his expertise and building strong relationships with his patients and mentors.
However, his journey wasn’t just about professional growth—it was about finding a place where he and his family could truly feel at home. In 2023, that place became Palm Beach Gardens, where they planted their roots. With nearly 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Lima knew this was the ideal location to bring his dream practice to life. In 2024, he acquired Dr. Joanne Green’s practice, honoring her legacy and continuing her commitment to excellence in patient care. This was the beginning of Green Dental, where his passion for comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and meaningful patient relationships would all come together.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lima treasures time spent with his wife, Patricia, and their two children, Sofia and Dante. The family shares a love for traveling, water sports, Jiu-Jitsu, and exploring new cultures. Whether paddling on the water or immersing themselves in the culture of a new city, they embrace every moment together. Palm Beach Gardens is now home—a place where Dr. Lima can serve his community with excellence, provide his family with the life they’ve always dreamed of, and continue his journey of care and growth.
